Summary

This study aims to understand exactly how a 7-week online mindfulness course helps people with emotional distress like depression and anxiety. Researchers will track 500 adults, comparing those taking the course to a waiting list group, to see which emotional skills improve first and how they lead to feeling better over time. The goal is to map the weekly changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to learn how mindfulness works.
