Mindfulness sleep study targets heart health in black women

Summary

This study tests whether a mindfulness-based sleep program can improve sleep and reduce stress in Black women with insomnia. Researchers will enroll 340 Black women who have trouble sleeping. The goal is to see if better sleep can lower the risk of heart disease and other health problems.
