First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a fully online mindfulness program is a practical and helpful option for teenagers who get migraines. Researchers will compare a virtual mindfulness group to a virtual headache education group. The goal is to see if teens will join and stick with the program, not yet to prove it works.
