First seen May 24, 2026 ยท Last updated May 24, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tested an 8-week online mindfulness course in 38 adults with rheumatoid arthritis. The goal was to see if people liked the course and if it might help with symptoms. Half the group took the course, while the other half received standard care. Researchers will use these results to plan a larger study on mindfulness and inflammation.
