Mindfulness therapy tested for car crash PTSD

Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week mindfulness program can reduce PTSD symptoms and improve quality of life for people who were in a road traffic accident. About 110 adults with PTSD will either get the mindfulness training or standard care. Researchers will track changes using questionnaires.
