Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week online mindfulness course could help people with Parkinson's disease improve their quality of life, mood, and thinking skills. Researchers compared mindfulness classes to general support groups in 107 participants, tracking results for up to a year. The goal was to see if learning mindfulness techniques could provide lasting benefits for managing the emotional and cognitive challenges of Parkinson's.
