Summary

This small pilot study tested a specially adapted mindfulness-based therapy for older Black adults (age 50+) who have both chronic pain and early memory problems. The goal was to see if this approach could improve quality of life and reduce how much pain interferes with daily activities. Nine participants completed the program, and the results will help design a larger study to confirm the benefits.
