Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of mindfulness and a brain training technique called neurofeedback can help reduce stress and anxiety in nursing students. It will involve 36 students from the University of Salamanca who will use these techniques over four weeks. The main goal is to see if this approach improves their emotional well-being and academic performance.
