Can mindfulness training slow memory decline in stressed seniors?
NCT ID NCT07389655
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week mindfulness program can help reduce stress and improve memory, mood, and well-being in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Researchers will compare the mindfulness program to a general health education program. The goal is to see if the program is practical and acceptable, and if it shows early signs of helping with stress and thinking skills.
