Summary
This study tests a brief mindfulness practice for people with long COVID. The goal is to see if it can boost well-being and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. About 400 adults who had mild to moderate COVID-19 over 3 months ago and still have symptoms like brain fog or fatigue will participate online for 3 months.
