Summary
This study tested a new online mindfulness program designed to help young gay and bisexual men cope with stress related to their identity. The goal was to see if the program was practical and acceptable to participants, and if it could improve their mental health and reduce behaviors linked to HIV risk. Researchers worked with 19 men to get feedback on the program's design and delivery.
