This study tested a short, on-site mindfulness program for 1,000 healthcare workers in a Madrid hospital during the COVID-19 outbreak. The goal was to see if it could quickly reduce stress and be easy to use in a crisis. Participants rated how helpful it was on a scale of 0 to 10. The program aimed to support mental health without any medication or long-term commitment.
