Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness program delivered remotely could help reduce stress and burnout in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. It involved 43 professionals from a radiation medicine program. Researchers measured participants' stress and coping levels before and after the mindfulness sessions.
