Scientists map the mind Week-by-Week to see how mindfulness eases distress
NCT ID NCT07280481
Summary
This study aims to understand exactly how and when an online mindfulness program helps people feel better. Researchers will track 500 adults with emotional distress, anxiety, or depression as they complete a 7-week self-guided mindfulness course. By comparing weekly questionnaire responses from a group doing the course now versus a group waiting to start, the study hopes to pinpoint which emotional or thinking skills improve first and lead to later relief.
