First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at how a 7-week online mindfulness program affects the way people with anxiety or depression feel, think, and act. About 500 adults will fill out weekly surveys to track changes in emotions, distress tolerance, and cognitive flexibility. The goal is to understand which skills improve first and lead to emotional relief, not to test a cure or treatment.
