NCT ID NCT04555005
Summary
This study tested a short, on-site mindfulness program designed to help reduce stress for doctors, nurses, and other frontline hospital staff during the intense COVID-19 outbreak in Madrid. It involved 1000 healthcare workers and aimed to see if the brief sessions were helpful, safe, and practical to use in a real crisis setting. The main goal was to measure how much the program helped participants feel less stressed in the moment.
