Summary
This study is testing whether mindfulness meditation can help first-generation college students who experience anxiety or depression. Researchers will compare a 4-week mindfulness program to an educational program to see which better improves students' well-being and their intention to stay in college. The goal is to find effective support methods for students facing mental health challenges.
