First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a four-week mindfulness program for first-time pregnant women to see if it can reduce fear of childbirth and increase self-confidence and self-compassion. Participants attend eight face-to-face sessions that include breathing, body awareness, and emotional coping techniques. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to improve emotional well-being during pregnancy.
