NCT ID NCT06219434

Summary

This small pilot study explored whether an 8-week mindfulness meditation program could help prevent 'chemo brain'β€”the memory and concentration problems some people experience after chemotherapy. The study enrolled 15 women with breast cancer who were about to start chemotherapy. Researchers tested if the program was practical to run and looked for early signs it might help with thinking skills, stress, and brain health.
