Summary
This small pilot study will test an 8-week group mindfulness program for 30 Chinese parents who care for children with autism or ADHD. The goal is to see if the program reduces stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Participants will attend weekly 1.5-hour sessions and complete surveys before and after the program, plus a feedback interview.
