Mindfulness program aims to help cancer survivors reclaim intimacy

Summary
This study is preparing to test a virtual mindfulness program designed to help breast and gynecologic cancer survivors address sexual health and body image concerns. Researchers will enroll 60 participants to evaluate how well the program can be delivered and studied across multiple locations. The main goal is to plan for a larger future trial, not to prove the program's effectiveness yet.
