Can an app ease the sleepless nights of cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT06532773
Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness-based program can help adults with blood cancer who are struggling with poor sleep during and after a hospital stay. The program includes a mobile app with meditation and sleep tips during hospitalization, followed by video therapy sessions after discharge to teach coping skills for fatigue, stress, and pain. Researchers will compare this program to standard care to see if it improves symptoms and is practical for patients to use.
