Summary

This study is testing whether mindfulness training can help reduce chronic pain in people with cancer. Researchers are comparing a mindfulness program called MORE against a waitlist control group in 76 participants. The goal is to see if teaching people to focus on the present moment and accept their sensations can ease cancer-related pain.
