Summary
This study is testing whether mindfulness-based stress management programs can help reduce the emotional burden and stress experienced by caregivers of patients undergoing bone marrow transplants. The research involves 505 caregiver-patient pairs and compares different stress management approaches. The goal is to find better ways to support caregivers during this challenging time.
