Remote mindfulness therapy tested to ease suffering for rural breast cancer patients
NCT ID NCT06529120
Summary
This study is testing a new remote therapy program called Nite2Day. It aims to help women with breast cancer in rural areas manage common and difficult symptoms like insomnia, fatigue, stress, and pain. Participants will have six video or phone sessions with a therapist to learn mindfulness and coping skills. The main goal is to see if this program is practical and acceptable for patients, while also checking if it helps reduce their symptoms.
