Mindfulness via zoom: a new hope for autistic teens battling anxiety and depression?

Summary

This study tests whether a mindfulness program delivered over Zoom can reduce anxiety and depression in autistic teenagers. About 160 teens and their caregivers will either join weekly group mindfulness sessions or use a meditation app on their own. The goal is to see if the group approach leads to greater improvements in mood and mindfulness.
