Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness training program can improve basketball performance, body movement control, and mental health in college athletes. Researchers will compare 126 university basketball players who receive mindfulness training to groups receiving other psychological skills training or no special training. The goal is to see if practicing mindfulness leads to better shooting, dribbling, game performance, and lower stress and anxiety.
