Summary
This study is testing a new 8-week program that combines mindfulness training with personalized exercise coaching for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The goal is to see if this hybrid approach can help reduce stress, improve breathing, and increase physical activity. Researchers will compare 60 participants who either receive the full program or a single educational session to see which is more helpful and feasible.
