This study tests whether combining mindfulness exercises with e-health information can improve how university students find, understand, and use health information. About 268 students in Macau will take part in an 8-week program during their PE classes. Researchers will measure changes in e-health literacy, food literacy, media literacy, and critical thinking skills.
