Breathe easy: simple mindfulness exercise may ease chemo side effects

Summary
This study looks at whether mindfulness-based breathing exercises can help control symptoms and lower stress in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. About 72 patients will be split into two groups: one doing the breathing exercises and one receiving standard care. Researchers will measure symptom severity and stress levels using surveys and saliva tests.
