First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jul 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study will test whether a smartphone meditation program called Equa can help young adults (ages 18-30) reduce stress, anxiety, and loneliness. About 300 participants will use the app for 14 days, completing short daily guided lessons while wearing sensors to track their body responses. Researchers will measure changes in mental distress and how much people enjoy and stick with the program.
