Can a phone app ease the fear and anxiety of advanced cancer?
NCT ID NCT04788095
Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness app is a practical tool to help people with advanced kidney cancer that has spread. It aims to see if using the app for 20-30 minutes a day, at least 4 days a week for 4 weeks, can help reduce anxiety, fear of the cancer returning, and fatigue while improving overall quality of life. The main goal is to check if patients can and will use the app as intended.
