Can a phone app calm the lasting stress of childhood cancer?
NCT ID NCT06053268
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily mindfulness meditation app is a practical and helpful way for adult survivors of childhood leukemia or lymphoma to manage stress. Fifty participants will use the Headspace app for 30 days, wear a wrist device to measure stress signals, and answer short surveys on their phone. The main goal is to see if this approach is easy to use and acceptable, and to gather data for a larger future study.
