Phone app aims to ease cancer Survivors' stress and anxiety
NCT ID NCT05470010
Summary
This study is testing whether a 4-week mindfulness app can help cancer survivors manage stress, anxiety, and fatigue after finishing their main cancer treatments. About 345 participants will either use the app right away or wait 3 months to use it, allowing researchers to compare results. The goal is to see if this convenient, at-home digital tool can improve mental health and quality of life for people adjusting to life after cancer.
