Texts and games boost mindfulness in black college men who binge drink

Summary
This study looks at whether text messages and a built-in game can encourage Black college men who binge drink to use a mindfulness app more often. About 40 participants will use the app for 28 days and complete surveys. The goal is to see if these features help them engage with the app and eventually reduce risky drinking.
