Summary

This pilot study tests a smartphone app called Mindful Journey that teaches mindfulness skills to adults recovering from opioid use disorder who also have chronic pain. The study aims to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for this group. Ten participants will use the app and provide feedback on its usability and effectiveness.
