Phone app aims to boost mood and energy for breast cancer survivors

Summary

This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help breast cancer survivors become more physically active and practice mindfulness. Over 300 participants will use a fitness tracker and app for 24 weeks, with some also getting support from a buddy, a coach, or mindfulness lessons. The main goal is to see which combination of these features best helps survivors stay active and improve their fatigue, anxiety, sleep, and overall well-being.
