Summary

This study is testing a 12-week smartphone program designed to help young adult cancer survivors become more physically active. Researchers are comparing different features, like having a support buddy, a coach, or mindfulness training, to see which ones work best. The goal is to see if increasing activity can reduce symptoms like fatigue, depression, and anxiety, and improve overall quality of life.
