Heart health program for american indian women shows promise

Summary

This study tests whether a culturally-tailored program can help American Indian women improve their heart health. About 70 women will either join 8 weekly classes or a control group. Researchers will check blood pressure, stress, and other health markers over 3 months to see if the program works.
