Summary
This study is testing whether following a specific brain-healthy diet, called the MIND diet, can help protect the brain and manage symptoms in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 100 adults with MS will be randomly assigned to either follow the MIND diet for a year or continue their usual eating habits. Researchers will measure changes in brain health markers, fatigue, walking ability, memory, and overall quality of life.
