Can a Brain-Healthy diet fight MS fatigue and brain fog?
NCT ID NCT07057999
Summary
This study tested whether following the MIND diet, a plan focused on brain-healthy foods, could help people with multiple sclerosis (MS). For three months, 62 participants either followed the MIND diet or a standard healthy eating plan. Researchers measured if the diet improved their fatigue, 'brain fog' (thinking problems), and overall quality of life.
