Summary
This small, early-stage study is testing whether a mind-body intervention can help people with frequent migraines. Researchers are recruiting 10 adults to try the remote program and provide feedback. The main goal is to see if the approach is practical and to gather information for a larger future study on reducing migraine pain and disability.
