Can meditation and mindfulness ease long COVID's grip?

NCT ID NCT06045338

Summary

This study is testing whether mind-body practices like meditation can help reduce common Long COVID symptoms such as pain, fatigue, and shortness of breath. Researchers will compare two different mind-body programs against usual medical care in 180 adults who have had symptoms for at least three months. The goal is to see if these techniques improve daily functioning and ease the burden of ongoing symptoms.
