Summary

This study tested a 10-session mind-body skills group program for 140 incarcerated men and women. The goal was to see if the program could increase resilience, reduce depression and anxiety, and improve coping and sense of purpose. Participants completed surveys before, after, and 3 months following the program to measure changes.
