Can walking and mindfulness help manage metabolic syndrome?
NCT ID NCT05242640
Summary
This small pilot study aims to see if it's practical to test different mind-body exercise programs for people with metabolic syndrome. Researchers are testing four approaches: a walking program, a mindfulness program, a combined program, or no program. The main goal is to learn if the study design works and what participants think about it, not to prove the programs are effective treatments.
