Can a glass of milk boost your Child's brainpower?
NCT ID NCT07231146
Summary
This study is looking at whether drinking milk or eating yogurt can help improve children's memory, attention, and thinking skills over a few hours. Researchers will test healthy kids aged 9-14 after they have different types of dairy (full-fat, low-fat, or fat-free) or skip a snack. They will measure the children's performance on brain games and check blood for hormones linked to the gut and brain connection.
