Summary

This study aims to see if drinking whole-fat milk affects heart and metabolic health in adults with metabolic syndrome. Researchers will measure changes in cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood vessel function in 40 participants. The goal is to gather knowledge about how dairy might influence risk factors for heart disease.
