Could drinking milk make you test positive for bird flu?

NCT ID NCT06850298

Summary

This study aims to see if drinking pasteurized milk containing inactive H5 bird flu particles leads to the virus being detected in nose or throat swabs. Healthy adults will drink a small amount of specially prepared milk and provide swab samples. The results will help public health officials understand if milk consumption could affect flu testing and surveillance efforts.
