Summary
This study aimed to understand how different types of milk fat, altered by cow diets, affect cholesterol and other heart health markers. 107 healthy adults ate foods made with specific milk fats for four weeks while researchers tracked their blood cholesterol levels. The goal was to gather knowledge about how these fats might influence heart disease risk factors in healthy people.
