Could a milk ingredient fix your gut and lower blood sugar?

NCT ID NCT03860584

Summary

This study tested whether adding a natural component from milk fat (MFGM) to the diet could help adults with metabolic syndrome. Participants drank either the special milk or a regular milk for two weeks while eating a controlled diet. Researchers measured blood sugar, gut health, and inflammation to see if the milk ingredient improved these factors.
