First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study is for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma or amyloidosis. It tests whether a sensitive genetic test can identify patients who may safely delay a stem cell transplant. Participants receive standard drug therapy first; if the test shows very low cancer levels, transplant is postponed. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and safe.
